At Maverick Abrasives, we stand behind the quality of our industrial products and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and provide a streamlined process for any necessary exchanges or refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the unused abrasives in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
